1. Core Requirements & Product Selection

 Low-temperature Resistance Key: Low-temperature-resistant fittings and temperature-controlled valves are required for heating. We integrate resources from over 3 carbon steel fitting manufacturers in China. Regular models (carbon steel, manganese content ≥1.2%, no brittleness at -25℃, DN25–DN100) are in sufficient stock and ship within 10 days. For frigid regions (temperature < -25℃), we can coordinate 30-day customized ultra-low-temperature models with Chinese manufacturers and provide low-temperature impact test reports to ensure winter use.

 Product Specification Matching:

---Radiator Branch Connection: DN25–DN40 threaded fittings (elbows, tees, suitable for radiator installation). Chinese manufacturers produce uniform threads compatible with most radiator interfaces.

---Main Heating Line Connection: DN65–DN100 flange fittings (suitable for central heating needs, flange sealing surfaces with temperature-resistant gaskets).

---Valve Selection: Carbon steel globe valves (DN25–DN40) for radiators (adjust water flow to control room temperature); carbon steel gate valves (DN65–DN100) for main lines (resistant to frequent opening/closing). 3. Common Issues & Solutions

· Issue 1: Valve sealant ages due to high-temperature heating water (80℃).

Solution: Use "high-temperature-resistant sealant" (included with shipments, temperature resistance up to 100℃, produced by Chinese chemical manufacturers); replace seals every 2 years (spare seals sourced from Chinese manufacturers). For high-temperature-resistant seal structures, 30-day customization can be coordinated with Chinese valve manufacturers to adjust designs.

· Issue 2: Local radiator cold spots due to air blockage.

Solution: Install "automatic air release fittings" at radiator peaks (sufficient stock from Chinese manufacturers, 15% more expensive than regular fittings, automatic air discharge). For manual air release, manual air release valve procurement channels are provided for low-cost air blockage resolution.
